Paint Designs is owned by Melonee Lamb and Jackie Henning, who collectively have over 30 years of experience as artists. Although many of their clients are in the Twin Cities, examples of their unique talents may also be seen in several local Alexandria, Minnesota, businesses including: Burger King South, Daily Grind, Kitchens by DeAnn, 
Point of View and Swedberg's Showroom.

Now Paint Designs can create effects that simulate Venetian and old world plaster techniques, superior crackle finishes and fresco effects. Both Henning and Lamb have recently completed extensive training in the use of a unique new line of water-based faux products. "This brings a whole new range of services we can offer," Henning said. "These products allow us to create things that go way beyond what regular paints and glazes can accomplish. They utilize materials such as marble dust, quartz, walnut shells and sandstone to create very unique and more durable finishes."
